Pop-up Bar
Let’s have some wine! Let’s have some song! Let’s have some fun!
What’s stopping us?
We’re looking to stage a Wine and Song Pop Up and take over a Chicago venue for an evening, or two, or six, or whatever, for a memorable musical marathon that will:
Garner great publicity, great press and great reviews
Make lots of money
Be lots of fun
What is a Pop-up Bar?
A Pop-Up bar is a concept that creatively utilizes an existing licensed and operating venue by introducing a new format, which dramatically increases revenues and visibility.
These major increases occur with minimal disruption and minimal costs to the venue

The Project
Wine and Song will complement and enhance an existing venue by offering an exceptional live entertainment experience, all at an exceptionally modest price, comparable in cost to seeing a movie in the company of a soda and a box of popcorn.
There currently is not a single venue in Chicago that offers the combined pleasures of fine beverages and premium live vocal entertainment from classically trained performers, all presented without an admission fee or cover charge.
We will fill this void by featuring intimate instrumental and vocal ensembles performing the enduring treasures of Classical Music, Opera, and The American Songbook, a pleasing antidote to the constant pressures, excessive volume and sensory overload of contemporary life.
We will be responsible for contracting and paying the entertainers and organizing the advertising and publicity program.
As compensation, we will receive a percentage of the food and beverage revenues generated during the hours of its operation.
Let’s talk!
We have owned and operated Chicago venues and understand your side of the table: the constant economic and social pressures of running a bar or restaurant. For a free consultation pertaining to your specific wine list and your special venue, contact us.
